Memo 02-61       Public Hearing – Designing and future of West Main Street and Highway 117 Intersection.
                                                                                                   
Memo 02-62       Mr. Cid Yow, representative of Ads Direct Media, will address the item of folders of
                         advertising material being delivered in Mount Olive on week-ends.          
                                                                                                                                               
Memo 02-63       Recognize Mr. James Kornegay and Boy Scout Troop 200. (Scouts are working on their
                         Citizenship Badge).
                           
Memo 02-64       Attorney Turner will give the validity of signatures on petition opposing house horses in
                          Town.

Memo 02-66       Establish filing fees for May 8th election.
