Town Hall Hours and Holidays
The Mount Olive Town Hall located at 114 East James Street is open Monday - Friday from
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm with the exception of Police Department which is open 24 hours 7 days
per week. The holidays for which Town Hall is closed are:
New Year's Day
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
Good Friday
Memorial Day (observed on Monday)
July 4th
Labor Day (Monday)
Veteran's Day
Thanksgiving Day and the day after
Three days at Christmas (the day before, Christmas and the day after)
note: when a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the following Monday is observed.
Town Board of Commissioners
The regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners shall be held on the first Monday of each
month at 7:00 p.m. at the Mount Olive Town Hall at 114 East James Street, unless otherwise
designated by the Board.
Planning Board
Regular meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Mount
Olive Fire Station, unless otherwise designated by the Board.
Board of Adjustment
Meetings are held on an on-call basis. Please check with the Town Clerk.
