Re:   Appointment Schedule Effective February 8, 2024

After some discussion with Mayor Dr. J. Jerome Newton and members of the board regarding a reduction in interruptions to allow for more productivity and attention to all the current issues, grants and projects going on at this time, I have decided to create an appointment schedule.

Please be advised effective Thursday, February 8, 2024, I will be available to the Mount Olive Residents on Thursday’s from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. and from 1:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. With the exception of the second Thursday of each month due to Department Head Meetings. Appointments for that day will begin at 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.

Appointments will be scheduled in thirty- minute increments and must be limited to no more than two people (this includes individual and group requests).
