Notice of Public Hearing
The Town of Mount Olive will hold a public hearing to consider the
rezoning request of parcel #2573908983 located at 226 Witherington Street from I-1 Heavy Industrial District to C-2 Heavy Commercial District. The purpose of the request is due to I-1 Heavy Industrial District restrictions not allowing small businesses.
The public hearing will take place in the municipal courtroom at
the Mount Olive Town Hall, 114 East James Street, Mount Olive, NC
28365, on Monday February 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
